Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute high-impact digital advertising campaigns on major ad networks, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others. You’ll work during USA business hours (night shift in Pakistan), ensuring all campaigns are optimized for the U.S. eCommerce market. This position requires someone with proven experience in online advertising and a deep understanding of eCommerce trends in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and all other major advertising networks.
- Leverage your expertise in U.S. eCommerce to drive traffic, increase sales, and grow brand awareness.
- Develop targeted ad strategies to improve conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Create and execute remarketing strategies to maximize customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Work closely with the sales and content teams to ensure ad campaigns align with the broader business goals.
- Monitor performance, analyze campaign results, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in U.S. eCommerce and online advertising to continually refine and enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major ad networks.
- Strong expertise in the U.S. eCommerce market, with a focus on driving online sales and maximizing ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms, including Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more.
- Ability to create and implement high-converting campaigns tailored to U.S. eCommerce businesses.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during USA working hours (night shift in Pakistan).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, particularly within the eCommerce space.
